DALHOFF CONSULTING supports companies in developing and implementing solutions within strategy clarification, performance management, process optimization, continuous improvement, and leadership development. We have experience in working with a variety of industries, such as: Aviation, transportation, pharmaceutical, education, and production, in both the public and private sector.

Niels Dalhoff, founder of DALHOFF CONSULTING, has worked as a management consultant, coach and trainer within leadership and organizational development since 1989. For a period of 11 years, Niels also held managerial positions in DONG Energy and Scandinavian Airlines, responsible for leadership and organisational development, as well as implementation of LEAN.

Niels has a Masters from Oxford Brooks University in 2008 and believes in a coaching approach to solve most challenges in life. Therefore, coaching has been the focal point of all his deliverables. Niels is a board member of EMCC-DK (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
