Niels Dalhoff har arbejdet som management konsulent, coach og trainer indenfor lederskab og organisationsudvikling siden 1989. I en periode på 11 år, har Niels også arbejdet som leder i DONG Energy and Scandinavian Airlines, med ansvar for b la. lederudvikling og organisationsudvikling, og desuden implementering af LEAN.
Niels har en Masters Degree fra Oxford Brooks University i 2008 og tror på en coaching-tilgang til at løse de fleste af livets udfordringer. Derfor har coaching altid været et omdrejningspunkt i all hans leverancer. Niels er bestyrelsesmedlem af EMCC-DK (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) og er desuden EMCC akkrediteret Senior Practitioner Coach.
